Senior Brand Marketing Manager - Napolina

Job Purpose 
  • Support the development of the long-term strategic brand plan and execution. 
  • Support the delivery of the brands growth plan through lapsed and new shoppers, more occasions and innovation pipeline. 
  • Be the central gate keeper for all brand communications and activations, ensuring consistency and quality of message.

Strategic Planning

  • Support the Brand strategic planning process aligned to the overarching Group Business Plan process.
  • Manage allocated brand spend. 
  • Use data and insight to inform strategic plan. 
  • Monitor metrics and brand health.
Brand
  • Support the development of and act as an ambassador to the brand guidelines. 
  • Oversee brand calendar of activities. 
  • Lead and coordinate media campaigns, advertising, PR, print, online and social media. 
  • Responsible for the design and production of media content. 
  • Participate in planning of internal and external brand events, fairs and bringing the brand to life for our customers. 
  • Support consumer and shopper research to support any required project and keep informed with latest trends. 
Product Development
  • Support the central Innovation team with brand expertise and future brand stretch potential.
  • Direct Brand Innovation pipeline. 
  • Lead Branded NPD and EPD product requirements.

Principal Responsibilities
  • Manage relevant marketing agency relationships and briefs, developing plans that deliver best ROI for Napolina.
  • Manage and execute brand marketing plans ensuring timely internal and customer engagement. 
  • Improve brand performance through identifying new shoppers and more occasions, more often to consume our products. 
  • Understand key profit drivers and factor these into strategic brand plans. 
  • Develop compelling brand propositions and plans that appeal to current and target shoppers and consumers. 
  • Understand and act on trends.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
  • Strong experience across brand marketing with proven success of developing and growing brands. 
  • Proven project leader and team player.
