Essential:
- Proven experience in asset management or maintenance leadership within an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance practices and tools.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
- Sound understanding of health and safety standards and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with sustainability initiatives or energy-efficient equipment management.
- Ability to deliver ideas and have character to challenge at all levels.
