We are currently recruiting for a IPC Process Operator to join our Juice Centre of Excellence at Princes Cardiff.

As a Process Operator you will:
  • Contribute to optimal efficiency of specific line(s) by focusing on quality,
  • Be responsible within Production, Hygiene, Housekeeping and any relevant machine issues.
  • Carry out all machine operator functions on packaging equipment in a safe manner to produce the specified quality of finished cartons whilst minimising waste and maximising machine efficiency.
  • Carry out and documenting routine checks and tests to a defined schedule.
Shift Pattern
Continental Shift Pattern including 12 hour days/nights

  • Be literate and numerate so that checks can be carried out and recorded accurately and legibly.
  • Possess sound verbal and written communication skills which are essential for effectively dealing with internal departments.
  • Be flexible in their working hours to ensure that cover is maintained.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to undergo training, and commitment to personal professional development.
