We have an exciting opportunity here are Princes for an experienced Brand Marketing Manager to join us! Overall, you will support the development of the long-term strategic brand plan and execution, for SBA's in your specific responsibility. As well as this, you will support the delivery of the brands growth plan through new shoppers, more occasions and innovation pipeline. You will also be the central gate keeper for all brand communications and activation, ensuring consistency and quality of message.
Strategic Planning:
- Support the Brand strategic planning process aligned to the overarching Group Business Plan process
- Manage allocated brand spend
- Use data and insight to inform strategic plan
- Monitor metrics and brand health
Brand:
- Support the development of and act as an ambassador to the brand guidelines
- Oversee brand calendar of activities
- Lead and coordinate media campaigns, advertising, PR, print, online and social media
- Responsible for the design and production of media content
- Participate in planning of internal and external brand events, fairs and bringing the brand to life for our customers
- Support consumer and shopper research to support any required project and keep informed with latest trends
- Product Development:
- Support the central Innovation team with brand expertise and future brand stretch potential
- Direct Brand Innovation pipeline
- Lead Branded NPD and EPD product requirements
